The National: "You Were A Kindness" (New Song)

The National's High Violet tour jumped the pond last week, as the band hits a variety of European cities before coming back stateside. But before they went, they dropped by Minneapolis' Current to record a brief set that included a brand new track. It's called "You Were A Kindness" and it's all piano and melodrama and Matt berninger croaks "things are weird and we're in danger" at least once. It's a good one (as if that would be in question) and it's available for stream over here.
