Rian Johnson, director of new cult classic Brick, directs this solemn Mountain Goats video for "Ezekiel 7 and the Permanent Efficacy of Grace," a mouthful of a single from The Life of the World to Come, the latest Mountain Goats album. The video is sometimes tough to watch at points, because it feels like we're catching John Darnielle in some intimate moment he'd rather have to himself.
