3/4 of the Libertines--Gary Powell, Carl Barat, and Pete Doherty--reunited at London's Rhythm Factory this weekend during a tribute show for late show promoter Johnny Sedassy. Considering hopes of a Libertines reunion have been running rampant since the band's 2004 breakup, someone at NME wisely took video footage of the band's set. The band performed "What Katy Did," "Can't Stand Me Now," "Up the Bracket," "What a Waster" and "Time for Heroes."
There's no word on if this will lead to a full-on reunion, but this is the first step in probably many needed for the band to get back together. To see the performance, head to NME.
