As a part of their first U.S. tour, Last Shadow Puppets (the duo of Arctic Monkey Alex Turner and Miles Kane) dropped by Conan O’Brien on Wednesday to do a rousing performance of “Standing Next To Me” from their solid debut LP, The Age of Understatement. The duo is joined by James Ford of Simian Mobile Disco on drums and a sizable orchestral group.
The group has a date in L.A. on November 3 at the Mayan Theater, but after that, have a clean schedule. [Stereogum]
