“The Kumate (Bleed Just Like Us)” (Prod. Havoc)

Consequence is gearing up to finally release his new mixtape, Movies On Demand 3, this Friday and it’s sounding more and more like he’s filled the thing with his darkest, most bitter music to date. Be it “Everybody Told Me,” “The Plagiarist Society,” or “The Kumate,” the Queens native is making it loud and clear that he’s not happy with the shit that happened between him and G.O.O.D. Music leader Kanye West.

Cons’ bars are especially resentful here on “The Kumate,” a brooding banger laced by Mobb Deep’s Havoc. It features the MC calling his enemies Clay Aikens with the promise that he’s coming with haymakers and not jabs like MC Hammer did in his diss video directed at Jay-Z. Will this be the track that finally gets a response from someone on G.O.O.D. Music?

Stream “The Kumate” below. Movies On Demand 3 drops Aug. 19.
