Here’s perhaps the weirdest Christmas song I’ve ever heard: a duet between the Hives’ Howlin’ Pelle and Cyndi Lauper called “A Christmas Duel” that finds them playing a couple that’s trying to resolve their issues before Christmas (he slept with her sister, she, his mother).

The song is going to be available for free download at the Hives’ website November 28-30, in music stores in the UK December 1, and in the U.S. December 2.
