"Apollo Throwdown" is the third video to be released from The Go! Team's latest LP, Rolling Blackots, and from the looks of it, these visuals came to us straight from the year 1982. Enforcing the track's status as a killer old-school roller rink jam, "Apollo Throwdown" features pre-computer age special effects, heart shaped hoop earrings, and lots and lots of pixelated rainbows. Considering reports that Rolling Blackouts might be The Go! Team's last album, our advice is to squeeze out all the fun you can get from this video and its parent album. There's certainly no shortage of it here.
Rolling Blackouts is out now via Memphis Industries, and if you're in Europe you can catch The Go! Team now on their spring tour. American audiences will be treated to the group this summer.
