The-Dream's Love King album is one of those albums with all those little quirks/lyrical jokes that makes you like the performer more. For instance, in "Make Up Bag," Dream gets practical and teaches you how to get your girlfriend back if you've been out all night Patronin', but then when it gets time to tell you which bag to buy for your girl, he just says of the designers "they all make plenty." Shit is the best.
Dream performed "Make Up Bag" on Kimmel last night to celebrate Love King's release, flanked by the R&B version of Robert Palmer's "Addicted to Love" girls and a live band. I'm not sure why Dream is dressed like a cast member of Dick Tracy, but I'm sure it has to do with some crazy-ass larger theme he's cooked up. It probably has to do with his love keeping it popping like the Tali-bun.
