The Dodos: "Don't Stop"
For all the hype surrounding Neko Case appearing on the new Dodos album No Color, the duo sure is keeping those Case-assisted songs close to the chest. No matter, as album closer "Don't Stop" allows the pair to shine extremely bright entirely on their own. Guitars (both acoustic and electric) flirt with math rock and noisy textures, while the drums pound away in increasingly frantic patterns. Despite the chaotic nature of the song, it always remains catchy, with hooks dropping in almost constantly throughout. Give it a spin over at Stereogum.
No Color is out March 15 via Frenchkiss.
