The Dead Weather

"Forever My Queen" (Pentagram Cover) (Live at Outside Lands) (Video)

The Dead Weather have nothing against doing covers to fill out their live set; in fact, their debut, Horehound, had a Dylan cover. At last weekend's Outside Lands, the band covered doom metal forefathers Pentagram, playing the group's crushing "Forever My Queen," a song they have been covering on their tour as of late. The real star of the clip isn't Jack White or Alison Mosshart; it's Dean Fertita, whose guitar solo steals the show.
