The Coup: "The Magic Clap" (Video)

Oakland duo The Coup is getting ready to release a new album, Sorry to Bother You, on Oct. 30. Here's the video for one of its tracks, "The Magic Clap," that sees rapper Boots Riley scooped up by FBI interrogators, only to be freed by DJ Pam the Funkstress. From there, the fast paced video traces Riley as he escapes on a bike and performs with a full band in a backyard. The Coup's usual wit remains, and this track and its visuals come off as refreshingly live. You can watch the "Clap" video over at Rolling Stone.
