Irish folkers The Chieftains have been around for 50 years, which is like whoa, but the group isn't slowing down: They've got an album ready for release in February that features a bunch of young guns on singing duties. The Civil Wars, the Pistol Annies, the Low Anthem, the Decemberists and other appear on Voice of Ages, which is due out on Feb. 21.
The biggest track from the album, however, is the Bon Iver-featuring "Down in the Willow Garden," which is now streaming over at Pitchfork. It should be a favorite of people who wish Justin Vernon had gone back to the cabin for Bon Iver, since this traditional ballad is downright rustic.
