We've already heard "Stay Gold," the lead single from the Big Pink's upcoming sophomore album, Future This. But now the second single has hit the net: It's called "Hit the Ground (Superman)," and it touches on the usual topics of the Big Pink's songbook: The attempt to mean everything to everyone, and blowing it with a romantic partner. The song makes good use of a Laurie Anderson sample, which is the first time you can say that of anthemic British rockers.
