It's a great triumph of wills that the video for Antlers' "Every Night My Teeth Are Falling Out" isn't just a loop of Peter Silberman's chompers hitting pavement. Instead, it plays on the Freudian dream interpretations of the song title, with dream-like footage of dominoes, glasses of milk, the band, and, of course, some teeth, flashing by as the melancholic song passes by. I wonder what hitting teeth with a hammer means in dream interpretations. Probably that you subconsciously want to bone your grandma, or something.
Antlers' splendid Burst Apartis out now.
