On his new single, "Red Nose," Kansas City rapper Tech N9ne talks about how he feels like the industry treats him like a clown and Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, since he's outside the general hip-hop power zones (like Atlanta, New York, L.A.). It's a pretty self-aware track, the kind that Tech has been cranking out for sometime now.
