Tanya Morgan: "We Rollin'"
Trio-turned-duo Tanya Morgan are gearing up to release the You and What Army EP, which serves as the follow-up to 2009's acclaimed Brooklynati. So far, it sounds like Donwill and Von Pea have another winner on their hands after hearing singles "Whatever That's Mine" and "We Rollin'." Whereas the former track had a slightly aggressive tone, the newly revealed "We Rollin'" is a much more playful tune boosted by a head-nodding beat driven by space-y synths, snappy hi-hats, and piano stomps. I don't want to repeat myself -- sure I do -- but if you have really been sleeping on these guys, that must end today. Seriously. You can stream the track here and pre-order the You and What Army EP on Bandcamp. It's due out Nov. 22.
