“Take Care” f. Rihanna (Video)

Drake’s waited until the end of the working week to drop videos for two of the tracks on his latest album, the title song “Take Care” and the anthemic “HYFR.”

Directed by Yoann Lemoine, “Take Care” is a beautifully shot clip that mostly divides its time between slo-mo shots of animals (wondering how one goes about renting a bull, just realized that I absolutely want a job where I need to rent bulls) and shots of Drizzy and Rihanna looking morose. The video definitely serves as a reminder of two things: first, the Florence and the Machine cover of this song is better than the original (and Drake is pretty much the only rapper capable of recording a song that Florence and the Machine could improve), secondly, you probably lack the facility required to faux-intimately caress Rihanna in front of a camera, and that’s precisely why Drizzy gon’ kill em.
