For the latest installment in Swizz Beatz's weekly MonsterMondays series, he has chosen to unearth a track from the vaults. Fans of the rapper-producer might recognize "Top Down" from his 2007 debut, One Man Band Man. But on there, the track was an all-Swizz affair. As noted by Nah Right, he actually had rhymes from Nas ready for the track back then, but the Queensbridge MC's energy apparently wasn't a good fit for "Top Down." As such, it remained a solo cut for Swizz...until now. I can kind of understand where he was going with the whole "needing more energy" argument, but I still think Nas sounds pretty good on here.
