Surfer Blood has been gathering steam as the release date for their debut album Astro Coast approaches. Between a slew of shows at CMJ, opening sets for Art Brut and Japandroids, and early sneak peeks like "Floating Vibes" and "Swim (To Reach the End)," the excitement seems deserved. Here they do an acoustic rendition of "Swim" for Casual Fridays, where the acoustic guitars really bring out the breezy beach vibe. [Pitchfork]
