The young turks in Surfer Blood recently convened in a dingy garage for a set of tracks from their debut album, Astro Coast, as a part of a Pitchfork TV Special Presentation. These dudes were one of the bigger success stories of this year's SXSW, and for good reason, their pop-rock splits the difference between Japandroids and the Shins. The band's breakout single, "Swim," is above for your humpday perusal, while takes of "Floating Vibes" and "Catholic Pagans" can be seen right here.
