Surfer Blood: "I'm Not Ready" (Live)
Surfer Blood aren't a particularly surprising group. When you see that band name, you just kind of expect exactly the idiosyncratic surf pop that these Floridians happen to traffic in. The band, which recently signed to Warner Bros., will be releasing the I'm Not Ready EP before they jump ship from Kanine, and they are giving away a live version of the title track on their website in exchange for an e-mail address. It's a longer track, as laid back and unassuming as you might expect from the band whose most rambunctious statement was the relatively mid-tempo "Swim."
