Sunset Rubdown have their third album, Dragonslayer, coming out in a few months (June 23 via Jagjaguwar), and the first MP3 from the set has hit the net. "Idiot Heart" is the kind of sprawling, disjointed epic that frontman Spencer Krug has been known for since the first time he uttered his yelp on wax, but this one has a bigger sense of scope than most of his past work. Folks, this one is a burner.

Awesome song. This was on their daytrotter session a while back. And of course I'll be at the Austin show.
