Styles P: "NYC"
While his self-professed "extra lyrical" Master of Ceremonies album sits in purgatory, Styles P has decided to keep his fans satisfied by dropping a new mixtape in a few weeks. We don't really know much about the project, The World's Most Hardest MC, just yet, but we do have what is apparently the first leak from it. "NYC" is pretty true both to its own name and the name of the mixtape it stems from.
Its Terminator 2 beat goes pretty hard, which sets the tone for the Ghost to name-drop damn near every rapper from the Big Apple. Tracks like this have been done dozens of times before, but that doesn't mean we're about to dismiss Styles P's version. When dude's on, he's easily one of the more entertaining New York spitters to listen to these days.
