Spoon is a surprising omission from the legions of bands that have produced video performances for La Blogotheque's website. But, as is explained in the text accompanying these clips, the group rarely seems to perform in France, so the folks behind the website acted fast when they finally did surface in Pigalle some nine months ago. The highlight here is a version of “Black Like Me,” which is stripped down and performed in a sepia tinted hotel, although the main clip of “The Ghost of You Lingers,” with the band all bunched up against one another, is well worth the (free) price of admission as well.
