Spiral Stairs: "Stolen Pills" (Video)

The Pavement reunion is gathering pace, with the band now announcing a show at the Brixton Academy in London on May 11. This show is just a few days before they curate the All Tomorrow’s Parties event in Minehead, which has completely sold out. Krautrockers Faust, Quasi, and the Fall have all been added to the lineup.

In the meantime, guitarist Scott “Spiral Stairs” Kannberg has a solo album to promote, titled The Real Feel. The record is Kannberg’s first solo effort after releasing albums with Preston School of Industry, and this video for “Stolen Pills” from the album suggests it bears a punky, upbeat tone that doesn’t mirror his work with Pavement.
