Being that so much of Dirty Beaches’ lo-fi rock ‘n’ roll is tied up in trying to sound like the 1950s, it’s fitting that the video for one of the band’s most ’50s-sounding jams would be filmed to look like a Scorcese-like reinterpretation of the pre-’60s. Long shots of carnival rides, neon lights, and highways at night go flashing by as the song grinds and groans underneath. Not exactly the most riveting stuff, but the video is at least more menacing than the music.
