Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin: "Sink / Let it Sway"
Still the best band from Missouri named after someone's amorous attention towards a former Russian president, Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin are returing after a two year layover with their third album, Let It Sway, later this summer. Recorded with Death Cab's Chris Walla and Beau Sorensen, the album is sure to feature a lot of sunny, unsubstantial ditties like lead single, "Sink / Let It Sway," which is now streaming over at Stereogum. These dudes are basically fighting to top their breakout single "Pangea," and their success at doing so since then is highly debatable. Here's hoping they at least get close on Let It Sway, which is due out on August 17 via Polyvinyl.
