While her sister Beyonce tries to disappear into lame alter-egos, Solange Knowles has gone the other route: doing hyper-confessional songs about everything from her pregnancy, her failed marriage, and basically anything else that weighs on her mind. Here’s a pretty-literal video for the catchy, Cee-Lo produced “T.O.N.Y.” which finds Solange coping with a one-night stand that got her pregnant and the guy who stopped calling (look out for a pretty awkward part where she takes a pregnancy test and a Cee-Lo cameo).

Her album was surprisingly good. Beyonce is always gonna be the bigger attraction because she's more of a spectacle but Solange has the potential to be a pretty interesting artist if left to her own devices.
