Shugo Tokumaru: Daytrotter Session (Stream)

Daytrotter has decided to share with us this session from Japanese psych-troubadour Shugo Tokumaru, recorded when Tokumaru was stateside in October. Tokumaru performs three songs from his most recent LP Exit, and two from his 2004 EP Night Piece. Exit's a very sonically busy album, and almost every track on it is brimming with playful instrumentation; it is interesting here, to hear Tokumaru recreate the tracks with just voice and guitar.
