Jimmy Fallon is still settling into the Late Night chair vacated by Conan O’Brien, but the reviews of his hosting abilities are surprisingly positive so far. He’s certainly doing a decent job of getting some good musical guests on the show. Last night (March 3) Santigold appeared on Late Night, where she was joined by Spank Rock for a version of “Shove It.”
Hearing Fallon call her Santigold still takes some getting used to, but the song is delivered in typically energetic style, and the enthusiastic audience easily trumped U2’s crowd on Letterman the previous evening. Spank Rock calls her “Santogold” at one point, let’s just hope this guy’s lawyers weren’t watching.
Great music and great Guests so far!......Jimmy just needs to relax a little and be himself...then look out!
