For five years, Saigon was allegedly rap's biggest unsigned, unreleased rapper, but now he's finally issued a proper album, The Greatest Story Never Told, a vintage New York rap album full of boasts and dusty beats. The Just Blaze-produced title track just got a video, which is above, and it might be the lowest budget clip to get played on MTV: it's like Day In the Life: Saigon, and it hardly looks like he had to change his schedule to film it. He was probably going to be rapping his own song in his car anyway, right?
