The video for RZA’s for “Drama” from Digi Snax is set up as a comic book detailing how America is set up to make African Americans impoverished and prone to violence. The video gets pretty current (an AIG logo and images of Bush, Obama, and Palin are featured prominently), and RZA’s flow is as tight and urgent as ever. The song is sort of sloppy, but in an endearing way-- you can never claim RZA just rests on his laurels. He’s always willing to go for broke on new songs.
