Rye Rye: "Rock Off Shake Off" (MP3)

M.I.A. protegé Rye Rye struts all over new track, "Rock Off Shake Off," though she's never really clear as to what that action entails, by the way she's yelling it, it sounds like a lot of fun. Unfortunately, towards the end of the track they cut out Rye Rye's vocals in exchange for a slightly awkward Daft Punk sample, presumably operating on the idea that a little bit of "Harder, Better, Faster," is always welcome somewhere in a track. Pehraps blame Kanye West for that. [The Fader]
