The criminally underused comedic mind of Bob Odenkirk is, keeping with the trend, somewhat underused in this Rogue Wave clip. There's some funniness at first when, due to mishearing a certain key lyric in the song, Odenkirk takes carboard cutouts of the Rogue Wave guys to the streets of Reseda, California (along with, for some absurd reason, a guy dressed up as the Karate Kid). But when Odenkirk shifts to plan B, and brings the real live band into the studio, the clip becomes a pretty typical performance vid, albeit one with Odenkirk running around in a green body suit. Oh, well. I suppose any Odenkirk sighting is a good thing at this point. Why isn't this guy on more movie and TV screens?
