Mexican acoustic guitar duos with no vocals aren't the traditional musical guests on late night TV shows, so it's rare that Rodrigo y Gabriela, the number one Mexican acoustic duo of all time, arguably, were invited to perform on Craig Ferguson last night. This stuff is technically impressive (I don't know anyone who could do this, obviously), but I kind of lost interest half way through.

I'm glad RyG are getting more press time here. They deserve it! I consider them both future legends, someday joining the likes of Santana, Satriani, and Hendrix. I saw their show recently and even though I had very high expectations, it totally exceeded them. It was like Cirque du Soleil with guitars. I can't wait to see them again!
