Rick Ross: "Finals" F. Meek Mill & Gunplay
Rick Ross and his Maybach Music Group crew made their proper debut last week with the release of Self-Made Vol. 1, a record primarily dedicated to showing off the skills of Wale, Pill, and Meek Mill. Only a few of the other artists on the label graced the track list and when they did, it was kept to a minimum. Gunplay, for example, only spit one verse on the entire compilation.
So maybe that's he is showing up here -- and stealing the show -- on Rawse and Mill's typically over-the-top "Finals," a track dedicated to, you guessed it, the NBA Finals. Other than Gunplay's bars, the best part of the song is easily its cover art dedicated to Bill Russell. Celtics for life.
