When the Lil Wayne-assisted remix to Rick Ross' "9 Piece" leaked in April, it came with the note that it will serve as the lead single off the bearded rapper's forthcoming God Forgives, I Don't album. Whether or not that's still true remains up in the air. But I wouldn't put it past Rawse to continue flooding the web with videos and tracks as a means to prep what will be his fifth record. The video for the "9 Piece" remix is every bit as outrageous and fun as the track, though Ross' ubiquitous presence is starting to wear thin. It almost feels like he is setting himself up to take over the role of Weezy should he follow through with retiring after Tha Carter IV drops.
