Rick Ross: "9 Piece" f. Lil Wayne (Remix)

Update: That didn't take long, 2DopeBoyz has posted the CD quality version of the track, which you can check out here. Read our original thoughts below.

It looks like Rick Ross' monolithic "9 Piece," off last year's pretty good Ashes to Ashes mixtape, will be the lead single off his forthcoming album, God Forgives, I Don't. The track has received a huge boost here, though, thanks to an appearance from Lil Wayne, no doubt returning the favor for "If I Die Today." This is actually the second remix to the track as the first featured 8Ball & MJG, aka the Memphis duo Ross name-drops in the hook. We only have an edited, radio rip of the track, but expect a dirty, CD-quality version to leak soon. We will update the post when that happens. But for now, you can use this as a means of enjoying new Weezy punch lines, even if that "get it, leave 'em dead in the living room" reprise is kind of foolish.

Listen to the remix below (or at Rap Radar if the stream dies).
