R.E.M.: Supernatural Superserious (Video)

There's actually nothing too supernatural or superserious in this new video from R.E.M. It's a reality-based clip helmed by Vincent Moon, the man behind the artsy Take-Away Shows and much of the content over at the Accelerate-anticipating site ninetynights. The beginning black and white doesn't seem to denote any somber tone as the band works out the song in-studio. The video breaks out in muted colors as the trio takes a jovial jaunt around New York City, hitting up a sex shop and other spots. All in all, a fun little clip for a fun little song.
