
Plenty of changes were afoot on the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ I’m With You—including a debut for guitarist Josh Klinghoffer and a slight move away from the punk-funk sound that made the band’s name. But little has changed in regard to the group’s live performances, as this double-whammy of songs from the new record on Jools Holland demonstrates. Sure, Anthony Kiedis might have an ill-advised mustache now, but he and Flea are still shirtless and bouncing around like kids in their teens, despite the fact that Britain is probably plummeting into sub-zero temperatures right about now.
