Real Estate: "Blue Lebaron" (Demo)
Previously, when I thought of a blue Lebaron, I couldn't help but think back to Tom Green's awful Freddy Got Fingered movie. Sad, I know, but now I have a new memory associated with the car. It looks like New Jersey natives Real Estate are working on some new material as they recently posted a demo of the track "Blue Lebaron" on their blog. It's only an instrumental at this point and you can tell certain parts aren't exactly glossed up yet. But things are definitely still sounding surf-y for these guys. They're also maintaining some of the dreamier, psychedelic aspects of their 2009 debut album, Real Estate, which should make certainly make please their fans.
