Raekwon: Wu Ooh (MP3) ft. Ghostface Killah & Method Man
If the "Criminology 2" leak that we heard last week was an appetizer we were supposed to nibble on in wait for Raekwon's upcoming Only Built 4 Cuban Link II, consider this the Chef's main course. As per the Wu-Tang code, the cut saddles the divide between ferocity and laid-back ease in a comforting formula, with Rae and Ghost on verse mauling duty, Method Man serving mainly as the hype man, and a soul sampled seranade set as the foundation. Considering the edited curses and the distorted audio quality, bets are that this a radio rip, but jump on this regardless - it's the first sign of real promise from Raekwon's new album.
