Raekwon: "Surgical Gloves" (Video)
The promotional push continues behind one of the year's best hip-hop records -- records of any genre, really. And it's actually one of the better albums to come from any member of the Wu-Tang Clan in the past year or so, too. The above video features the visuals for "Surgical Gloves" from Raekwon's fantastic Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...Part II. Sure, the video looks low-budget, but hey, this is the Chef we're talking about. No flashy effects needed here. It's just Rae and his boys -- and some ladies -- handling business as the Alchemist-produced track plays in the background. If "Surgical Gloves" gets the full single treatment, it will be the seventh off this album.

Looks like they shot it in Toronto too, I think I saw a Canada post mailbox in one of those shots. Its cheaper to shoot up here... He must have spent tens of dollars on that video.
yeah the video is pretty low budget. seems to be the thing in hip-hop these days. song is tight though
I feel like they shot the ferrari scene during a test drive and the other car/bmw bike scenes in a dealership showroom...
If this were a RZA video, I'm sure he'd have some dope stuff to say about Godard and cinema verite. As it's Raekwon, I think he probably just wanted a low-rent "Got Money" video.
