Raekwon: "Catalina" (Live on Fallon) (Video)

Jimmy Fallon introduced Raekwon as “one of the most acclaimed artists in hip-hop” when he appeared on his show last night (Dec. 16), and the critical praise heaped on Only Built 4 Cuban Linx…Pt II makes that difficult to refute. The Wu-Tang member performed the Dr. Dre/Mark Batson-produced track “Catalina” from the album.

“Jimmy, what up baby?” quips Raekwon as the song starts, oozing the kind of confidence that comes from a performer who just knows he’s produced a killer album. The Roots provide back-up on this version of the song, with Questlove once again proving why he’s one of the best drummers in the business.
