Radiohead: "Staircase" (Live From The Basement) (Video)
The members of Radiohead still have the ability to confound and surprise—and it looks like the forthcoming BBC broadcast Radiohead – The King of Limbs: Live From the Basement won’t strictly follow the pattern set out by that record. In the video below we get a glimpse of that session, which will air on July 1, and will include this version of the new song “Staircase.” The performance features an appearance by drummer Clive Deamer (Portishead/Goldfrapp) and continues in much the same vein as the most recent recordings by the band.
