Radiohead: "Give Up The Ghost" (Live On Fallon) (Video)
Radiohead’s trip to New York City last week was almost as notable for things that didn’t happen as it was for those that did. Rumored appearances on Wall Street and at ATP in Asbury Park didn’t surface, but Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood did drop by Jimmy Fallon’s studio to record this version of “Give Up the Ghost.” This is mostly a vehicle for Yorke’s voice, with all the intricate instrumentation that commonly surfaces in Radiohead songs stripped away, aside from a few loops and gently plucked guitars.
