The bone-crunching debut album by Queens of the Stone Age recently got the reissue treatment, and they’ve subsequently been touring the record across the county. “If Only” has always been one of the best songs in their canon—it neatly distills everything they do well in its tight, controlled riffing and soaring vocal from Josh Homme. Here, they perform the track on Conan O’Brien’s show, complete with a couple of guitar solos that are among the best you’ll hear on late night television all year.
