Pterodactyl: "The Break" (Video)
Pterodactyl’s video for “The Break” captures the charm of flipping through vacation photos and the uniquely 21st century experience of going through the clip art selection for a long procrastinated PowerPoint presentation. Lots of rapid-fire still images and yellow-belly indie-pop – not exactly the most distinctive thing in the world but it gets the job done, kind of like Pterodactyl as a whole. All the photos are sourced from about 1,500 shots the band accumulated over the past few years, which I guess is just the thing to when you're a touring act. Also there's apparently a few famous cameos hidden, so keep an eye out. Watch below. [Filter]
