We've already heard a sampling of tracks from PJ Harvey's forthcoming Let England Shake, including its lead-off single, "The Words That Maketh Murder." Now comes a chance to see the video for the song, which is the second clip to be released in the mooted 12-part series of visual interpretations for tracks from the album. It begins with Pollly strumming her autoharp on what looks like a webcam, and then progresses to include footage of late-night drivers, dead people, soldiers, people frolicking in the countryside, and ballroom dancers. What does it all mean? Perhaps we'll have to wait for all 12 parts to be revealed to answer that question.
