Pixies: "Debaser" (Live on Fallon) (Video)

The Pixies have been in New York City this week, where they’ve been performing their classic Doolittle album in its entirety. Kim Deal has even been making cracks from the stage about reaching the end of side one, perhaps hinting that the notoriously frosty relations in the band have relaxed during this tour.

They showed up for Jimmy Fallon’s show last night (Nov. 24) to perform “Debaser,” which they could probably play in their sleep at this point. It’s difficult to see where the band could go after this spate of dates—a Surfer Rosa tour, perhaps?—but five years into the reunion, the prospect of new material now looks pretty remote.
